Single AC room at 1300 Rs. Beach at walking distance. Nothing much to eat, restaurant are too far. Room n bathroom were clean. Very near to airport.

Location, is Just in front of T1 Domestic terminal Airport.So quite useful.I booked it for the same reason, I went there and asked for Room, saw a AC room for which Tariff was told by Manager Rs. 1300/-, which I thought is more for the type of room, anyway we settled at 1200/-Its quite Okay sort of Hotel with decent cleaning and Nice services and Manager is quite friendly and helpful.

We stayed here in a Non A/C room for a night. Room was decent, cleanliness was upto the mark and the price for stay was reasonable. Manager was friendly. A peaceful stay very near to Domestic Airport Terminal 1. Overall, a happy stay in an affordable price.
